And now, some links:

First, feast your eyes on this:

'Seeds of Darkness' screenshot goes here.

Yeah, that's right kiddies. Star Wars (© or ® or something, I'm sure) fan films being made in my own backyard, back home. The guys who put it together are Icicle Studios, which has its HQ in beautiful Warren, OH. This flic was "filmed at in Mill Creek State Park, Youngstown, OH" - how freaking cool is that? I didn't even know it when I watched it first...but you KNOW I recognized the scene above. Well, that is, you know if you've ever seen that bit of Mill Creek Park. Whatever - it's awesome!

And now - a Rocket Man - er, Rocket Guy. Yep, this guy is building his own space rocket, kids. If you read into his stuff a little, you'll notice he's had to spend a lot of time on media junk and emails and whatnot, and so has kinda gotten set back on his timetable. But he pushes forward, though without setting deadlines for himself. Anyhow, it's neat, go see.

Thanks to CARS for linking to Rocket Guy in one of their articles. Oh yeah, daily fake news articles (though often with relation to real news) about Apple Computer. Funny even if you don't give a damn about the computer industry. Come on - they work for a mysterious alien energy being known only as "The Entity" for crying out loud!

Finally, a funny gag. It's a picture, which appears to be an error page - but look again and read carefully. Good stuff - thanks to my cousin JD for pointing it out (though I don't think he reads this, so that may be of limited use...).

Enough for now.
